Consultation by FCI will take the following
steps*

1. Review and refresh common business managment techniques to
equalize level among leaders
2. Next, a game is played to form a creative space in which the
members participating in this workshop can think freely, freeing
themselves from various daily constraints, restraints, and
restraints.
They choose one of the "things that bother me" in the company to
play this game.
3. They will discuss the various constraints and problems that they
face. They will discuss and generate ideas in workshops and the game
on how these issues are correlated or independent of each other.
Then they will decide whether to develop measures to improve or to
build a new mechanism or system, and use each method to create a
solution.
4. They make plans to implement actions. FCI is always close with
you to to help you overcome obstacles and roadblocks to
