You have two kinds of problems to solve. FCI can deal with them, namely, both technical and adaptive
problems.
A "technical problem" is one that you have a rough idea of
how to solve. It is a problem that can be solved by
acquiring the necessary skills to do so. This does not mean
that they are easy to solve.
But we know that it can be
solved by acquiring new skills. But we do know that it can
be solved by acquiring new skills. To put it simply, it is a
problem of how to do it.
The other "adaptive problem" is that it cannot be solved by
learning only skills; it calls for changing the current way
of thinking and thinking patterns.
There is no answer to this problem if we continue to use
the same thinking style and thinking method in the past.
We need to acquire a new way of thinking, acquire a new way
of doing things based on that new way of thinking, and
change your behavior accordingly.
To put it simply, it is a problem of thinking.
